Jill Morenz brings both experience and empathy to her role. With a background in entrepreneurship and nonprofit development, she has spent her career helping people and communities thrive. Before joining Aviatra, she founded two businesses and held leadership positions with regional organizations such as the Catalytic Fund and Skyward/OneNKY.
At Aviatra, her leadership style is centered around making resources more accessible, especially to women often overlooked in the traditional startup ecosystem. She believes in building a supportive environment where women feel seen, heard, and equipped to succeed.
Inside Aviatra Accelerators
Founded in 2010, Aviatra Accelerators has supported more than 4,000 women through education, coaching, funding access, and community building. The organization operates across Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky, and Dayton, offering both virtual and in-person programs.
Its name, “Aviatra,” is inspired by female aviators—women who refused to stay grounded. That same spirit runs through every program and initiative at Aviatra, encouraging women to aim higher and fly farther.
