She further explained how practices like therapy, journaling, nature walks, and disconnecting from social media help her maintain balance. “I’ve learned over the years that taking time for yourself is so important,” she added.

Interestingly, the actress revealed that fashion serves as a form of therapy for her. “I spend so much time in my closet, putting looks together, playing with new combinations, and just enjoying the process of dressing up. It’s my creative outlet and a space where I feel confident and completely myself,” she said.

Guests were treated to a curated experience featuring some of her signature looks, styled with the help of her stylist Ami Patel, along with glam sessions from her hair and makeup team, Aanchal Morwani and Riddhima Khubchandani. The day concluded with a professional photoshoot by renowned photographer Rahul Jhangiani.
