The platform, its founders, team, contributors, or associated partners shall bear no legal or personal responsibility for:

• Emotional, cultural, political, religious, psychological, professional, or commercial distress.

• Actions taken, decisions made, or opinions formed based on the content.

III. CYBER AND DIGITAL RIGHTS PROTECTION

• Digital Harassment and Troll Mitigation: Any targeted trolling, false reporting, impersonation, cyberstalking, or intentional sabotage of our editorial work will be dealt with under Section 354D and 507 of the IPC & IT Act.

• Misuse of Content or Brand Identity: Use of our content, branding, or logo for fake news, cloning, or deepfake distribution will be criminally prosecuted under Section 66C and 66E (data theft and privacy violation).

• Data Integrity and Cybersecurity: We deploy responsible encryption, firewall, and platform-level moderation systems to safeguard against unauthorized intrusion, malicious reporting, or script-based attacks.

We reserve the right to pursue criminal and civil action against any individual or institution misusing, threatening, impersonating, or unlawfully attacking our platform, data, servers, team, or brand reputation.

IV. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT ENFORCEMENT

All content published on www.narix.in—including but not limited to text, layout, logo, branding, visuals, illustrations, features, interviews, and research—is the exclusive intellectual property of Nari X.
Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, plagiarism, or commercial use without formal written permission shall constitute an infringement and be prosecuted under:

• Information Technology Act, 2000

V. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITED LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Nari X disclaims all warranties, express or implied, statutory or otherwise, including:

Our total aggregate liability, under any theory of law, shall be strictly limited to ₹1,000 INR. Any claim exceeding this amount is expressly waived.
